At Innovtechsol we’ve got a dedicated B2B-Sales Team who engages with clients for all sales-related activities. Each Sales Executive is assigned with a certain set of clients through which they take efforts for completion of their sales targets. But in all of this, after placing orders, initially some of our clients go stagnant and they lose engagement with us. In this way, we have classified our customers into Acting Accounts (AA) and Non-Acting Accounts(NAA).
We are looking for a smart-working, talented & fluent communicating, Sales Support Executive. The main job of the Sales Support Executive is to call up such customers (NAA’s) and understand the reasons behind their non-engagement and help resolve any issues or problems, which will, in turn, result in Sales and help convert the accounts into Performing modes.
Responsibilities: Daily calling the Customers from the Non-Acting Accounts (NAA’s) and understanding the reasons behind low or no business. Resolving issues related to Service/Pricing of the products of requirements by coordinating with the Technical & Support Team. Researching the web for the Competitor’s products for comparative study to assist Customers better. Properly understanding the electronic technicalities and functions. Mailing of the shipping details and proper invoices to the customers.
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications only applies. Relevant Experience in Outbound Sales Support or Tele Sales for Electronic products. Freshers, 0.6 months-to-2 Years Experience, with Good verbal & written English communication, only apply.
