PLEASE READ THESE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY AVAILING OF OUR SERVICES FROM OUR WEBSITE OR FROM ANY OTHER MEANS YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Our services are conducted and operated by INNOVTECHSOL.COM. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Innovtechsol. We offer this Website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. This Agreement does not alter in any way the service terms or service conditions of any other written agreement you may have with Innovtechsol for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately request for terminating your service and the same will be immediately terminated by our end. Overview

By availing of our services from this website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service”. You agree to be bound by the following service terms and service conditions, including our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Service Terms and Conditions carefully before making the payment or submitting any product review/comments. If you do not agree to all the service terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not avail of our services by any means. If these Service Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or changes added to our services will also be subject to the Service Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of these terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

P01: General Service Policies

All the services provided by Innovtechsol or it’s parts are comes under our general service policies. For Individual service polices please refer the other policy sections under our “Service Terms/Policies“. By availing any of Innovtechsol’s services you agree to these policies. Please read all the the policies before making the payments/asking for our postpaid services.

  • P01/A1: Our website development plans are customizable as per the requirement requested by the clients. Estimated delivery date will be given after we received the project details from the client’s end. 48 hours is the minimum time required to complete one single project, it may increase depending upon the requirements/holiday(s) and type of service.
  • P01/A2: Estimated dates are not promised date of delivery it can be changed due to certain situations. Innovtechsol reserved full rights to change/update any estimated date with proper prior notification.
  • P01/B1: We provide revisions only after delivery to all our clients’. Maximum of up to 2 revisions can be done within 48 hours from the delivery date. More than 2 revisions are not allowed for a single projects. (Other than in case of technical dispute from Innovtechsol’s end). In case of animation video all the revisions made to a videos are limited. (ref. P01/B2)
  • P01/B2: Continuation of policy P01/B1, as the videos are made according to client’s requirement requested revisions are done with a limitation, changing the entire or more than 40% of the script, scene, codes, & web-designs in case of animation videos and website development are not acceptable.
  • P01/B3: With reference to policies P01/B1 and P01/B2 revision request must be placed/requested within 48 hours from the deliver date and time, otherwise no revision request will be accepted after 48 hours in case of animation videos and 7 days for website development service.
  • P01/B4: Website design & development support includes only addition of new pages and sections (within the development plan limit)
  • P01/B5: Our Innovtechsol Theme comes with 10 years of licence. After that Innovtechsol will not provide any further updates (if any) for theme.

P02: Payments Policies (Service Payment)

We accept:

For Indian Payment: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net-banking, and any UPI Apps. (Please read Paytm’s Policies before saving your card details on Paytm).

For International Payments: Only debit cards and credit cards via Stripe or Paypal are accepted. Payments can be made using the links that are shared via email or SMS from Innovtechsol OR any direct payment through our client portal (https://client.innovtechsol.com).

We do not accept cheque payments. Credit cards must clear the authorization process on order. Due to regulatory limitations/insufficient balance, you might get charged extra when you place the order. Please contact your bank for more information on your daily/monthly transaction limits. We reserve the right to cancel/refund service orders/payments without prior notice to the user.

All the payments are made to Innovtechsol (Innovative Technologies Techsol Pvt. Ltd.). We are not responsible for any kind of transaction mistakes (like entering the wrong receiver’s details in case of bank transfers, wrong receiver’s phone number, wrong receiver’s UPI ID, or any other mistakes from the user end.) to avoid these mistakes pay using the link sent from our accounts department or our client portal. GET OUR CORRECT DETAILS FROM OUR PAYMENT PAGE ONLY or from the generated invoice.

  • P02/A1: According to the nature of our business/services we provide to our clients, we do not accept refund requests if the service is already confirmed or aged more than 3 days. Only technical disputes from Innovtechsol’s end will be considered for a full refund for all our services.
  • P02/A2: Refunds will only be issued if the client request/cancel the service before starting the service/project. (Section P02/A2 is not applicable for animation videos and our postpaid services).
  • P02/A3: Continuation of A02/A2, If the project has already started then an installation/development service charge will be applicable for all of our services (in case of a refund request). 
  • P02/B: Payment can be done in 2 parts, 40% payment must be done before starting of the service/project (Non-Refundable in case of cancellation) applicable only for Website Development and related services. In the case of all other services payment must be done in full before starting of the project. Section P02/B is not applicable for our postpaid services.
  • P02/C1: Innovtechsol reserves the right to remove all the discounts and complimentary features/services added to any invoice, if the payment is not completed before the overdue date or after the 4th overdue notification is sent to the user’s registered email.
  • P02/C2: After the confirmation of the service from the client, we’re bound to create an invoice for the service with a due date of 4-7 days for the client to complete the payment.
  • P02/C3: Due date can be increased only up to 2-7 days on the client’s request before 24 hours prior to the 1st or 2nd due notification. Innovtechsol will send all reminder notifications to clients. 24 hours before and on every due date to the client’s registered email and SMS.
  • P02/C4: Overdue invoices for Innovtechsol’s postpaid/prepaid services will carry an overdue fee of ₹50/day in case the postpaid/prepaid invoices are not paid after 3rd or 4th due date/notification (Applicable for all of our products/service invoices from Innovtechsol) Will not be effective from April 2023
  • P02/D: Innovtechsol reserves the right to remove/stop all the access/services of/for the client if the payment is not completed after 5th due payment notice.
  • P02/E: For overdue payments of more than 8-10 days, Innovtechsol reserved the rights to return the hosting & domain in case of website development (if applicable) in case of website development for compensation of the service charge.
Refund Policy:
According to the nature of our business/services we provide to our clients, we do not accept refund requests if the service is already confirmed, started or aged more than 3 days. Only technical disputes from Innovtechsol’s end will be consider for full refund in all of our services. After processing of refund, it may take 4-5 working days to reflect on your account.

P03: User's Content Protection Policy

Only our video making related services comes under these policies. For website development services please check policy section P04 – Website Policy

Animated Videos Content Policies:

  • P03/A1: Innovtechsol may use some contents as demo/example work and for Innovtechsol’s marketing purpose. By publishing client’s contents for our marketing purpose we’ll take all necessary privacy precautions required to protect the content and the privacy of the content’s owner/company.  
  • P03/A2: The demo videos that are sent for demo usage are only viewable links and can’t be downloaded.
  • P03/A3: We’ll only share the final video download link to it’s owner after the payment. Taking screen recording or forcefully downloading the content or using the content before the delivery or the payment, violates our service terms. On those case we reserve all rights to take down the contents (if found).
  • P03/A4: Innovtechsol reserves the rights to claim a copyright against the type of contents mentioned in P03/A3. We used our own licenced software which gives us the rights to claim the copyright on scripts, audio used, voiceovers, and the assets used (except the logos & other user details).
  • P03/B: We do not sell any existing/pre-made content to other users, except the background studio licensed musics, and voiceover artist’s voices, screen character(s) and some pre-build assets from studio.
  • P03/C1: For client’s privacy reasons video content(s) will only be available on our database for 48 hours (maximum) after completion of production process. Video revision are done within this period of time with the policies ref. of P01/B1, P01/B2, and P01/B3 only.
  • P03/C2: Holding requests of videos for more than 72 hours will not consider under our copyright & clients’ privacy policy. (ref policy P01/B1, P01/B2, and P01/B3)
  • P03/D1: We’re not responsible for the product/service promotion of the contents. We do not do any type of paid promotions on our website or with our produced contents. 
  • P03/D2: According to the policy P03/D1 all the videos we select for marketing purpose are not sponsored by our clients. 
  • P03/E1: We’re not responsible for any kind of wrong information given through the work models. (it totally depends on our users requirements).
  • P03E2: Continuation of policy P03/E1, Innovtechsol is not responsible for any kind of social, cultural, political, or religious message convey whether i.e positive, negative, against, or for through the content(s) requested by our client(s).
  • P03/E3: (With ref. to policy P03/E1, and P03/E2) We’re not responsible for any kind of strong/abusive words used in the contents of the videos, as all are made on client’s request.

P04: Website Development Policies

  • P04/A1: All our designs are customized as per the client’s requirements. Viewers will not be able to copy or use the exact code/contents for their personal/commercial use without our/website owner’s permission.
  • P04/A2: We’ll keep limited admin access or your hosting file directory access (anyone) to update your CDN versions and plugins quarterly (if updates are available).  
  • P04/B1: The password of your hosting accounts, website-admin, and cPanel that you shared with us will be protected and accessed by only our authorized members. You’ll receive all the passwords and API keys in an encrypted format from Innovtechsol (via email).
  • P04/B2: Innovtechsol will not be responsible for any kind of password fragmentation after the delivery of the project (we recommend to update or reset the passwords immediately after delivery).
  • P04/C: We’ve trained experts working with your every project, and activities on your projects are being recorded and monitored by our servers, and for that, we’ll not be responsible for any type of mishappenings during our development process.
  • P04/D: Our plans comes with a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 months (as per plan choice) of development support. During this period you will get full support from our end regarding website development and updates. Click Here to know more
  • P04/E1: Malware support does not includes adding security to your website. Backdoor protections is only included with our Startup, Pro, Economy, and Executive plans.
  • P04/E2: Domain comes free with Economy & Executive plans (Domain is not included in standard plan)
  • P04/E3: For without hosting plans type of website will depend on number of pages build in one single project. Please refer the chat below for detailed information about the number of pages that are included in our without hosting plans.

  • P04/E4: Malware protection updates some php scripts and codes that we’ll add to your site for protecting against backdoor attacks and malware attacks,  which is only included with our Economy, Executive, Startup, and Pro plans.
  • P04/E5: In malware support, we’ll only provide support/help you to recover your site, if any attack happens on your website. Malware support doesn’t protect your website from attacks. 
  • P05/E6: Only with hosting Economy & Executive plans include a high level of security, and come with malware protection, support, and malware removal coverage for 12 months from Innovtechsol. Other than that we’ll not take any responsibility or guarantee for the removal of malware if your site is experiencing any kind of backdoor attacks or malware attacks.
  • P05/F1: Delivery report and website admin access, and hosting and domain account details will only be sent to website owners, and email addresses. We’ll not share any of these details with any 3rd party companies, representatives, or associates, as it contains hosting server details and many other secure access credentials.  
  • P05/F2: Delivery report and admin access will be sent after all the due payments are cleared by the client as per our Payment policies
  • P06: As a DPIIT registered startup we appreciate other registered startups and providing a discount of up to 20% on our top plans and 10% on our basic plans from April 2022 (Not applicable on 3rd party services)

P05: Digital Marketing & SMM Policies

  • P05/A1: All our marketing & social media related services are prepaid services. Advertisement budget and other 3rd party extra paid/unpaid services are not included in plans. Services includes are mentioned on the service term you received via email. 
  • P05/A2: Client, “advertiser” decides and bears the monthly or weekly advertisement budget for their company, which may be paid to Innovtechsol for further payments to the advertising company or paid directly to the advertising company (either way). 
  • P05/A3: Innovtechsol will share all the invoices that we’ll received from the advertising company on behalf of the client’s company on every 5th Working day of a month. For any outstanding ad budget or ad funds we’ll issue a refund on every 5th working day of a month.
  • P05/A4: No refund request for service fee paid to Innovtechsol will be accepted after 5 days of service starting from the actual date of payment of service fee. (For all digital marketing services)
  • P05/A5: Number of “Channel(s)” should be decided before the service payment and will not be modified or changed until the end of current ongoing package. Additional of new channel(s) after or in between any ongoing package will be chargeable.
  • P05/A6: Changing of brand or brand shifting is not allowed in between any ongoing package. Update of brand name will not be considered as change of brand. (as per our re-selling terms subsection P05/B) For any special cases please follow the service terms send to your email. 
  • P05/B: Reselling of our services or other contents like posters, flyers, videos etc. and other materials related to digital marketing use without permission will lead to cancellation of current ongoing package without refund.
  •  P05/C1: Marketing materials can only be used by authorized personals only from client’s side. examples: poster, flyers, and videos. (On that case, we will not be responsible for any kind of copyright issues with the contents/materials)
  • P05/C2: We will provide a backup of all the contents we will use as digital marketing materials for the company, and to the company for there external or internal uses.
  • P05/C3: For poster(s) or flyer(s) designing we will not provide any design revisions expect in case of information error and spelling errors.
  • P05/C4: Number of poster/flyer(s) designs are limited per month basis as per your chosen plan. For details please refer your service terms sent to your email. Poster/flyer(s) for any offer, exclusive offers, brand communications, notice(s) and festivals has to be communicated to us before 24 hours (on week days monday to saturday). For example: Need a exclusive 50% discount offer starting from Monday. Then you’ve to inform us the details for Poster/flyer(s) by the end of Friday, or Saturday morning (As Sunday is non-working day/holiday).
  • P05/C5: Animated/ads videos are limited as per your plan. For details please refer your service terms sent to your email. For animated videos (if any) we’ll allow only 2 revisions edits after production. Urgent requirement of videos should me communicate to us 10 days prior from the required date. (Marketing videos/ads spends 10 days in production)

Innovtechsol’s Services Privacy: Innovtechsol will not disclose any detailed marketing strategies or plans to the client or to any other company individuals/providers for the privacy of its services. Innovtechsol will share only basic details of the plannings and ad strategies to it’s clients (if required or asked) for information purposes only. 

NOTE: For the privacy of brands and companies we’ve an expert dedicated team who will be managing your social media handles. Please note that for security and privacy reasons only ONE person from our team will have the access of your social media(s). You can directly communicate with them for any small updates or changes on social medias (only on weekdays, Monday to Saturday)

P06: Development Support & Lifetime Support

We understand that with every new website, every business needs frequent updates as they might come across new ideas to implement on their website designs, texts, or images it also takes time to get familiar with the designs & the admin panel. That’s why we have included development support in all our development plans. It’s an after-service support plan that includes:

  • Unlimited text and image changes/updates.
  • Addition of new sections on any page.
  • Addition of new pages (As per the initial requirement)*
  • Addition of minor features (As per the initial requirement)**

What’s Included on Limited Lifetime Support (Included with all our development plans):

  • All free and premium plugin updates (that are used).
  • CMS (Content Management System) version update (Example: WordPress, Joomla, Wix, Shopify, etc).
  • Updates or changes that are required as per the latest version of CMS or any plugin update.
  • Design updates or changes that are affected by the latest CMS or plugin update (if any).
  • Feel free to contact us anytime for minor text, or image updates, or if the website stops working.
  • Lifetime admin/backend support.

NOTE: Innovtechsol will not be responsible if your website/web app stops working due to non-renewal of hosting plans or domain renewals with the respective 3rd party providers. (We recommend to setup auto-payment with the provider for hosting and domain renewal)

* The addition of new pages on the development support period is limited as per the initial requirement of the project.
** The addition of new features on the development support period is limited as per the initial requirement of the project.

P07: Entire Aggrement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Service Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. We are not responsible for any kinds of miss happening happens with your website, servers, hosting, cPanel and admin panel before our service, after our service and while ongoing service situation. 

These Service Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
